Activities of Training & Placement Cell (T&P Cell) of Biren Mahanti Memorial Government ITI,Karakanali running under PTP :

1. T&P Cell members make regular communications via frequent phone calls, emails in each week to keep in touch with companies that have vacancies.

2. We prepare every students( by Motivational Class) according to Company's vacancy and demand and every information is given to the students through T&P Cell so that they can prepare themselves for the concerned job.

3. We keep a list of the companies that are recruiting our students in our college campus or somewhere else and we keep  hard copy along with soft copy of each recruitment drive as a placement record.

4. Every student is being tracked by T&P Cell for the post placement retention records.

5. T&P Cell members arrange a weekly Motivational Classes and grooming classes so that they can reach the pinnacle of self-improvement in every aspects of job.
