PREFACE:- Women Industrial Training Institute, Banipur was set up in the year of 1993 in the ‘Habra II Block of North 24 Parganas district of State of West Bengal. Nine different Institutions from School to Post Graduate level are situated in the vicinity of this ITI, formerly under the banner of Banipur Educational Complex. The mutual co-operation of all of the Institutes definitely serves the purpose of this ITI to achieve the endeavour of imparting Vocational Training. This ITI was basically established to cater Vocational Training to the rural youth, to meet up the skilled manpower need of the Industry. Four modern Trades like COPA, SP, EM etc. were started in this Institute under Craftsman Training scheme.
