Government Industrial Training Institute, Tung

Govt ITI Tung, running under the department of WBTETSD, Govt of West Bengal, is situated at Tung in Darjeeling. The institute is approximately 8 km away from the Kurseong. The institute was established on 1962, formerly known as ISW(Industrial Social Workshop) with an aim to impart professional skill in training to district youth. Presently the institute is running with 208 Trainees in Electrician, Fitter, Draughtsman Civil, Mechanic Diesel, Motor Mechanic Vehicle and Wireman Trade. Studying at Govt ITI Tung is a wonderful experience under the guidance of highly dedicated & qualified Instructor.
