Government ITI Itahar Running Under PTP was established in 2016 at the initiative of the Government of India and the Government of West Bengal to enlighten the next generation in the light of technical education and increase the progress of the uninterrupted flow of self-reliant and career oriented education. This educational institution is located at Mahasunda, Bhopalpur in Itahar block of Uttar Dinajpur district, WB-733143. At present, the Institute offers two two-year duration professional certificate courses, Viz. Electrician(NSQF), Fitter(NSQF) and two one-year duration professional certificate courses, Viz. Welder(NSQF), Computer Hardware and Network Maintenance(NSQF), approved by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India under CTS. In addition, the beautiful, noise-free, green playground and secluded ambiance of this educational institution along with the healthy relationship between the students and teachers enhances the learning capacity. Moreover Institute is making relentless efforts to provide a bright future with sound technical knowledge for the students.
